Hot-plate-combo: (noun): The act of, when the bottom is in the 'on all fours' position, of inserting the thumb into the butt. The hand of the top is in the 'hot-plate' holding position, i.e. the thumb on top, the 4 fingers and palm on the bottom. The palm and fingers then cradle the scrotum, the penis falling between the middle and ring fingers. The previous stated is simply the "Hot-plate".
