Get the YALL mug.by Thetruetruth04 August 25, 2021
Get the Yallternative mug.Good way of saying goodbye, or of being in the mix of a conversation and needing a reply that fixes things... up into integrity. Peace on it can be good too if people can get it that that's necessary to have been said - otherwise they might look at you and say weird things...

Get the yallright mug.Warning to children or other misbehaving persons to behave in public. Contrary to previously attributed gangsta use, it's what your Grandma would say if you and your cousins were acting up outside your own house or backyard, even if you were only in the front yard. Short for "Y'all best break y'all selves of actin' out, before I break you of embarrasin' me in public." Complimentary phrase might be "Ah'mo (I'm going to) take you right out this world and tell God the gators got you."

Get the y'all best break y'all selves mug.A southern contraction turned into a pop culture slang. To people in the south "yall" is used to distinguish themselves as southern so not to be confused with New Yorkers or otherwise "Yankee bastards" despite the obvious distinction in accents. In the north "yall" is used as a comedy staple to stereotype what yankees refer to as "idiots" and otherwise "ignorant rednecks."
In popular culture, "yall" carries the same stereotype as the northern taboo only it grants several comedians the ability to mock and otherwise satirize their own culture such as Larry the Cable Guy and Jeff Foxworthy.
