a group of people (typically teenagers) who smoke e-cigarettes and think they're cool because of it. They'll often post about said "e-cigging" and boast about their actual e-cig contraptions and parts, such as vaporizers or batteries.

A student-organized club at the University of Central Florida that recently became very popular with over 500 members. Meetups are rumored to occur every Friday at 9:00 around Memory Mall on campus.

Guy 1: "Yo, did you see all those people on scooters last night? It looked like everyone on campus was on a scooter!"
Guy 2: "Yeah that must've been the Spin Squad rolling out."
