just cause i like punk rock but don't dress in complete black with kurt cobain t shirts i get called a prep. I dont wear my 'collar popped' and i never ever wear skirts. Im always in my ripped jeans and coverses, and i dont own any pink tops. I think the definition of preps is just beomming more complex each and each day. To be a prep all you have to do is stand around the shopping centre waiting for your bus in the arvo or giggle at soemthing that you would find funny. I think people need to stop calling each other preps, because to be honest how many of us have BMW's at 16? and wear a tonne of jewlery and get our nails done properly. Its so stupid

Dont have an example just that STOP CALLING PUNK ROCK PEOPLE PREPS, just cause we dont wear complete black and praise the devil

a prep is an arrigant person who thinks that they are the best in the world. a prep also had needs to make fun of others who aare different from them, exapmle, goth or outcasts. they may also enjoy calling punk people goth or others outcasts or losers. and they NEVER have a good come back. and when they say that they can kick ur bum they will usually say "not rigth now, or some other time"

Usually get good grades but don't exactly have all that much going on in their hollow heads. Also known as sheep, followers, lackeys, bandwagon members, etc. The TRUE AMERICAN - not a compliment either, ditzshits. Don't care about government, vote for guy with best hair, basically empty-headed with no clue as to what's going on around them, and will grow up to be fat, dowdy, frumpy middle-aged PTA housewives, gossipping in the beauty parlor about their once-handsome, airhead balding husband and the supposedly-scandolous lives of their neighbors. During youth, takes occasional trips to the girls' restroom in order to cry and weep about how their boyfriend dumped her just before they were about to sleep with her. People with as much emotional depth as Saddam Hussein and less intelligence, BUT... more vindictive.
