A pussy irritating man or woman, usually with indian background, that may commit multiple annoying actions involving you and your well-being. Known for standing on the corners of philadelphia, harassing underage boys after "accidental snowball bashing on their car". Involves "narc" (as in a narcotics officer) because these people are equally annoying.

Damn, that narc ass bitch was pissing me off when he chased me into a corner after i nailed his car!

A person completely self-involved and clueless.

My brother-in-law is such a narcidipstick that he quit his good-paying job in the middle of a bad economy, simply because he didn't like the new boss that was hired and thought his commute was a little too far.
