stroller jockey

A parent who brings their children in a stroller, usuallly to places where children at stroller ages don't belong. Often accompanied by stroller parking and crying children. Usually they drag children where they don't want to go.

Why are all these stroller jockeys in Disney? They bring their children to a park with nothing for children under 5. I saw a 2 year old child in the haunted mansion, and he didn't stop crying until he was out of the ride.

upto 10 pairs of battling jockeys on the back of there mate (the wank)trying to unseat the jockey or push the wank down the hill using arms and feet etc. started at st clements school in worcester, england in the early 80s.

pocket jockey

An annoying friend who never leaves your side when you have a bag of drugs and is always trying to get a hit of your drugs anytime you do some. These are the type of friends who bump into you at a party and then completely change their plans to roll with you once they find out you have the good shit. Once the drugs are gone these friends will dismount and look for the next powder pony to ride. Unless of course, they can convince you to buy more first.

Man, quit being such a pocket jockey and get your own shit.
