"If you're going to go fishing next weekend instead of going out with me then I guess I know where your priorities are then"...etc etc. pre-guilt

To do and/or say things for a continued amount of time to cover up for something you feel guilty about.
Jonathan didn't like everyone telling him that he's on a guilt trip, so he went to an online site and posted his own bogus definition for the phrase to cover up for the real meaning. He was obviously on a guilt trip.

Catholic Guilt; former priest in prison, not needing to find sexual partners anymore...they find him...and hopefully, on a daily basis..to remind them of that Catholic Guilt.

Gringo guilt is what those of us who know and love the Hispanic people are feeling when we see our government putting men women and children into cages and are citizens of a country that electing a racist president.
I feel gringo guilt when I see how our country is treating documented and undocumented Hispanic immigrants who come here fleeing poverty and violence and are only seeking a safe place for themselves and where their children can have a brighter future.

When someone uses guilt to try to control your behavior. Often seen in religion, politics and social media.
"I am not liking that Facebook post. They're just using guilt control to get you to annoy all your friends and family."

A sample Facebook post using guilt control:
Like this definition if you have a heart. Ignore it if you hate god and love to watch puppies slowly drown. Don't let god and the puppies down. Or are you too chicken and faithless to like this? You're probably Unpatriotic too if you ignore this and move on to your frivolous life of frivolous things. See how many jerks do nothing while the patriotic, faithful, good people press 'like' to show the evil, godless anti-Americans what they really stand for. Stand up and like this now or sit down and let the world crumble in filth and despair.

The realization that no matter which diet you follow, you're still eating organisms that were alive at one point, and we have murdered them for our own benefit.
Apparently plants can think and remember? We're killing sentient beings! Crap! Dude, I'm feeling all kinds of heterotrophic guilt right now.
