The action on cutting all relations with someone, by example unfollow them on Twitter, unsubscribe to them on YouTube and stop messaging them or mentionning them. Some may go further and block them from messaging back.

Person 1 : Dude calm the fuck down it's a joke!!
Person 2 : No, you've gone too far this time, you get a cut treatment.
