When a black person is in a relatively quiet location either in public or private watching dumb shit on social media, playing music or having a conversation via speaker phone at a noise level too loud for the setting. As if one is hard of hearing and or just ignorant of their actions.

Multiple back to back cell phone notifications or sounds from gaming included. A person has to literally be asked to turn their sound down to a reasonable volume level
