These people are considered to be able to do no wrong, even if there are a few people who can see through this and understand the truth, usually the victims of these Perfect Peters. Also sometimes called a "Worm". The name is taken from the character of Perfect Peter from Horrid Henry, primarily the version from the 2006 TV show owned by Novel Entertainment.
