Slang term refering to an unwitting act of naive stupidity, usually ending in bodily harm to oneself while completing seemingly simple or mundane daily tasks

I just pulled a Rucks Sucks, I was taking my shirt off and accidentally put my hand into the overhead ceiling fan. It fractured 2 bones in my wrist.

A drug dealer, especially one that sells marijuana.

This phrase can be heard often in rap lyrics by members of Wu-Tang Clan. It is thought the word was orignally used as the name of a particular person, but later it became a general term for a chronic dealer.
