A slang expression for getting insane.
The "happy meal" means here "insanity", the person is on the edge of being or getting insane. The most popular use of the term, when it wasn't coined by them, was in a episode of the Sci-Fi series Stargate.

I ordered take-out for dinner last night and they they gave me a two fork meal. I ordered so much they thought it was for two people!!!

antisocial meal 

food which have "antisocial" properties such as: garlic and onion.
Any food which will lead to stinking breath smell.
After a person have an antisocial meal he or she can not socialize and should keep his distance from other people (at least 1.5 meter). Because otherwise close range conversations are very unpleasant.

He tried to hit on me after he had big antisocial meal! I could smell his breath mile away.
