Another way of saying "slept on", or the person doesn't understand the significance/what makes it special or appreciate something or someone

HAY GUYZ!

A popular way of opening a dialogue on the internet. While some people see this as a instant turn off, (rule 88 of the internet clearly states that; "If your statement is preceded by "HAY GUYZ", then you are not doing it right.") others see this as a way of defining who is a "newf*g" and who is cool.

Citizen 1: "did you hear about john?"

Citizen 2: "yea, that was such an epic fai-"

Citizen 3: "HAY GUYZ!"

Citizen 2: "screw off f****t
