A very versatile and adaptive term for showing respect, graditude, kindness or positivity.
The exact meaning changes depending on the context.
Zely when greeting someone can be.
Good luck, have fun, or nice to meet you.
Zely when you've won means.
Thank you for your time.
Zely when you've lost means.
Well played.
Zely is also a counter against misuse, because since the biggest underlying meaning is graditude and kindness, using Zely with a slur or rude remark could look like this.

That is like saying.

And even with worse words, they are just being silly by even including it.
