Sled

A sled is a high skill/level player in a video game that carries low ranking players to complete difficult tasks. This is similar to a sherpa, but where a sherpa does this for reward or payment, a sled does so simply for the love of the game and to teach their skills to community.

Player 1: “Thanks for being our sled in today’s raid!”
Player 2: “Anytime. One day you will be in my shoes and new players will need your help.”
