Churn rate

Churn is the percentage of total subscribers that discontinue
service divided into the total population. Usually it is
expressed as a percent based on the population change from month
to month.
An average monthly churn rate for wireless phones is
around 5%.

Rate-A-Chink

The process of rating Chinese buffets. The rating is based on the following: 1) quality of food; 2) atmosphere; 3) egg roll quality (are they ruined with cinnamon or lack of meat); 4) service; 5) cost. Having a stir fry table gives you bonus points. The rating runs 1-10.
Dan and I have extensively done Rate-A-Chink in the greater Mesa area, having rated every Chinese Buffet.

A term used in insurance underwriting that means the applicant will have to pay additional premiums for the coverage for which he or she has applied. Underwriters often rate a policy arbitrarily to increase the company's "bottom line."
