A Mohawk haircut that has been combed-over and is sitting flat, usually to help the wearer appear more conservative.
To prepare for a job interview, I combed my hair down into a mo-over.

When someone has taken so many stimulants that it feels like a comedown or exhaustion.

This is often caused by anxiety or just heavy body load, or lack of sufficient dopamine reserves for the adrenaline that is being pumped.

A condition the morning after a Cheer event (most usually a competition, but perhaps a big game) that presents symptoms typical in an alcohol related hangover. I.E. - headache, fatigue, achy-ness.
Holy crap, nationals was so intense...I have such a cheer-over this morning.
