Fido's turds are much easier to pick up if they've had a chance to skin-over.

Cheer-over

A condition the morning after a Cheer event (most usually a competition, but perhaps a big game) that presents symptoms typical in an alcohol related hangover. I.E. - headache, fatigue, achy-ness.

Holy crap, nationals was so intense...I have such a cheer-over this morning.
