This is usually because after college they have to pay their tuition, loans, etc., and they're so freaking high that Bill Gates couldn't even pay it off, and the job they currently have is not enough to pay for it and an apartment.
I could have gotten an apartment but instead my parents and I suffered the boomerang effect because of my tuition and bank loans. Now I live at my parent's house.
