A person or someone who buys thousands of lottery tickets and becomes rich overnight and uses the money to start their own business or to avoid the real world because its a joke and a modern day form of slavery as they make money for someone else not just themselves and not everyone knows that because they wern't gifted by god or smart enough to realize it.

Random person: Hey how do you like working here I wanna work here.
Employee: Its not fun its like hell and a modern day form of slavery because its a waste of my free time and happiness so I'm using them as a tool to use the Peter Griffin Tactic to start my own business because the way the world works is dumb and a joke.

An adjective used to describe a guy who has liked the same girl for a long time (usually years) but is too scared to ever make a move, even when his friends encourage him or try to set him up. A peter will overthink everything, avoid taking action, and fumble obvious opportunities out of fear.

Example 1:
“You’ve liked her for two years and still haven’t said anything? That’s actually peter behavior.”

Example 2:
“We literally tried to set you up and you still backed out—bro is actually peter.”
