sweet but psycho

A boy/girl who looks extremely sweet and friendly but, they’re actually deranged and psychotic. They can be creepy when they want to.

If you meet one, be careful.

Girl A: Do you know that Lucy girl?
Girl B: Yeah? What happened?
Girl A: She’s crazy but, she looks so friendly and nice!
Girl B: She’s sweet but psycho.

neat ‘n’ sweet

How you wanna make everything prior to The Inspector coming by to look at your place.

I try to always keep things reasonably clean and tidy around my apartment in any case, but this also lessens the burden of making everything "neat ‘n’ sweet" for da monthly quarters-inspection.
