This can be either serious or ironic. If uncertain, please refer to said person’s vocabulary, their mental health history, and the specific situation before responding accordingly. If you’re still unsure, it’s best to ask the person how they meant it and try to be supportive because it can be risky to accidentally brush it off as sarcastic when it isn’t. Always show the ones you care about that you care!
It can be used to represent two different emotions:
1. The person actually wants to kill themself. Typically not used in a joking conversation but use what you know about the person before responding. Do they say it often? Did they end the statement with a period? Did they say sorry/thanks before or after? If they seem sad or reserved, please check in on them. Especially if they start a conversation like this and don’t immediately follow it up with something annoying that happened.
2. This person is either frustrated or embarrassed. Something shitty probably happened to them and this is how they’re expressing that emotion. Feel free to remain wary if someone uses this too much however, because there’s a chance it could be a cry for help. However, try to avoid pointing it out mid-conversation to avoid awkwardness or discomfort. If you can, try to check in on your friend more and make time for them; suffering or not, I’m sure they appreciate it

A variation on the "Upper Deck" , a Top Kill is the act of securing the water supply to the toilet tank & flushing all the water out until the tank is dry. You then manually lift the "flapper" exposing the hole which leads to the bowl. You then force a large quantity of Butt - Mud into the hole at extremely high pressure therefore sealing the tube permanently.
I was trying to sleep in Todd's parents room, but their god-damn toilet kept running. I finally had to give it a Top Kill or I would never have gotten any rest at all.

A term coined by the Insurgency Sisterhood out of concern for the lack of real men in our generation, which is meant to describe a potential suitor's level of masculinity.
"Hey Jane, how'd your date with John go last night? Can he kill the wolf?"
"OMG that flannel shirt, those roughed up workin' man hands... He looks like he just got finished chopping down a tree. And I bet he smells like a hint of gasoline and motor oil. Yep, that one can definitely kill the wolf".
"Had the most amazing night of sex with my husband last night. Thank god he knows how to kill the wolf!"
