Whimsical Adventure

A Whimsical Adventure is where you and your closest friends / the boys go on a trip to somewhere that isn't one another's personal domicile.

Often involves mischievous happenings such as but not limited to: Trespassing, evading capture, being chased by variety of people/ animals, fighting, Car break downs, Illegal usage of fireworks, devious tea-spilling, cop/warden encounters, etc.

Whimsical Adventures often lead to the creation of Dad lore, Uncle Lore, and Grandma / Grandpa lore.

Guy 1: Yo y'all trying to go to this old abandoned house in the woods?

Guy 2: Hell yah it'll be a Whimsical Adventure!!!

Example 2:

Girl 1: Wanna go to the abandoned carnival?

Girl 2: Sure! It'll be a Whimsical Adventure!!

Example 3:

Girl 1: I wanna go to the Record store. You all down?

Boy 1: Sure

Girl 2: Yah

whimsigoth

A term used to describe an aesthetic consisting of bohemian elements with spirituality, witchcraft, & celestial imagery. Derived in the 90s, often depicted in pop-culture such as Sabrina the Teenage Witch, Phoebe Buffy from Friends, Lenny Kravitz, & Lisa Bonet. It draws influence from artists such as Stevie Nicks, Mazzy Star, Cocteau Twins, & The Cure. The only “gothic” aspect is the slight & very minimal reminiscence to the Victorian era. As for the fashion, materials such as silk, satin, velvet, sheer, corduroy, leather, & lace play a significant role. Accessorizing with archaic jewelry, hem stones, & DIY pieces are essential to completing the look. What typically differentiates “whimsigoth” from “boho” are the use of jewel tones & celestial memorabilia correspondent to that of a witch.

When a person is so in love with Whiplash Whiskey that they will do anything for another sip. This all-consuming devotion often results in bringing a bottle to every party, passionately defending its superiority, and dramatically side-eyeing anyone who chooses another drink.

Whimsymaxxing

The simple act of sprinkling maximum whimsy into every day life. Whimsymaxxing is a life style that looks different for everyone. Some examples would be using extra glitter on your makeup one day, making a flower crown for your cat, painting your toenails in funky colors and swirls even if you have to hide them under dress shoes, and contributing to your community through acts of love and affection that you might expect from a little woodland fairy. Term coined in 2025 by Lily Nola Henderson
