A person who at least appears to be nice enough to be compared to the late Jack Layton, a Canadian politician best known for his populist tendencies and familiar appeal to the general population, although arguably having a background of advocating "rational" policies. The kind of person you'd hang out with for a few good laughs, who has the well-being of people at heart.

The said homosexual goes to a popular gay hunting ground i.e. public toilets, gay bushes or the forest, he then waits till there is a group of gays who are yet to pull but need to empty their full sacks ! He then lays on the floor in just his pants, the group approach and collectively wank all over him until he's covered in gentleman's relish !

That Stephen Good is a 'Good Samaritan' in name and nature, he was found in the gay bushes in Featherstone absolutely caked in man batter, apparently there was 7 of them who emptied on him, he was 'The Good Samaritan'
