A phrase that describes either a game that is really bad and started off making people cringe, or a game that has a bad community and therefore has been ruined. Cancerous games can still be fun for most people if played correctly and not abused.

The other members of this group (not the "Sarah") are usually involved in very complicated, very abnormal relationships/hookups/affairs etc. but because these unusual situations are so prevalent, the "Sarah" questions the validity and normality of her own, very healthy relationship. Thus, the other members have no choice but to mock her.
