Spanglish (spanish english hybrid) for a gathering but mainly a party predominately consisting of females where the male population present holds selection of which female he intends to copulate with on that specific evening. Often times the female population is majority latina but it could be used to describe any party in which the females outnumber the males and at least 1 latino male is in attendance.

Dude come over Saturday night. Miguel is gonna bring some rum straight from Puerto Rico and we have mad bitches lined up. Don't invite any dudes because this is a toto party!!!

Bumper Party

A social event spontaneously held around or within one or more vehicles which involves the consumption of alcoholic beverages. Bumper parties can be held in parking lots, wooded areas, or public areas. Not to be confused with a tailgate party, a bumper party is more exclusive and often held in secret.

Bumper parties originated in Canada during winter season to escape the cold. Bumper parties can have open doors and trunks but do not exclusively require them like a tailgate party.

Person 1: "Wow what a long day at work, I want to grab a drink"

Person 2 "I have some wine in a can, want to have a bumper party in my car after work?"
