When a person is indecisive about doing anything. They change their mind constantly about everything, yet each time think they know exactly what they want. An even worse case is when they spend money on an object they want, no longer like it, sell the object, then realize they liked it after all and purchase it again.

Get the Joshmug. A man that hasn't changed their glasses for years, like 5 plus years of the same prescriptions and frames. Even when pressured by others to get his eyes checked out and to get new glasses, he still will wear the same pair for years to come. Also may lack certain situational skills like swimming, or driving.
