A very strange clothing most commonly bags which are covered in cartoon animals which have been given the appearance of monsters, this can also be used to describe someone who is deformed or ugly.

e.g. Did you see that girl at the pary last night, she was such a MONSTAR./ or for ore then one did you see those two MONSTARZ in the cinemas.
