"Go Boris" is an expression similar in form to "Let's go Nandos" & "You going college?", popular with many teenagers and roadmen today. When you "Go Boris", you head to the toilet to void your bowels of greasy & malodorous sewage. See also "Free Tommy" for when you go for a very smelly dump that leaves the cubicle uninhabitable for a good half hour.
