A type of headgear. There is an upgraded version of this known as a Nakahara Chuuya. The latter variety of hat usually is attached to a body that is 160 cm in height and has red hair. The Chuuya cannot be worn by just anyone.

Foamer hats usually consist of a metro, or commuter rail line or branding, covered in enamel or metal pins of the transit kind.
