Josh Brother Syndrome

A congenital condition that the tentative editorial DSM-VI defines as a high level of confidence in ones own abilitiy and game knowledge to the point that it is detrimental to those surrounding them, coupled with a immediate breakdown when faced with adversity/a single failure. Alcohol has been shown to improve dopamine reuptake but lower game sense, resulting in a net zero effect on executive function ability.
