Down hoof is like Down syndrome but only pigs can get it. look at Penelope sitting there with her Mohawk standing and her mouth half ajar. she def has down hoof.

Penelope, with her distinctive Mohawk and slightly open mouth, exhibits traits that might be likened to a condition unique to pigs, similar in name to Down syndrome but specific to her species. Down hoof is linked to one known pig “Penelope” although scientist believe more pigs are affected.
