Tits McGee started out meaning a woman with awesome, perky, or voluptuous breasts.

Later on, it became an adjective meaning anything that’s exceptionally good. It can be used with or without 'McGee' or "Magee" on the end.

Dude 1: "Damn, the paint job on that souped-up Silverado is The Tits McGee.”

Dude 2: "Yeah, cool paint job. That’s definitely tits. But have you seen the driver? She's the Real Tits McGee."

Dude 1: "Oh, snap. You're right. I bet she's wearing a padded bra, though."
