You begin sweating profusely because you have diarrhea and can not yet go. This often becomes worse the closer you become to crapping your pants. Upon relieving oneself the sweats decrease.

No Hillary I can't go to the party tonight I can't keep my makeup on I have a bad case of the diarrhea sweats.

When you think a fart building up.However,when released,you quickly realize it is not only a fart.You must always suck it up until reaching a restroom,though sometimes you may be too late,and diarrhea leaks into your pants,making your underwear wet and disgusting.I quickly learned this during my vacation in Chicago,inside a Jareds galleria of jewelry with my mother.

I got a huge fart coming on.
Im not sure that would be wise,we did just stop by panda express.It could be diarrhea suprise.

Similar to the phrase diarrhea of the mouth, but done exclusively via computer.
A person afflicted with diarrhea of the keyboard may send frequent, very lengthy emails, post multiple very long daily updates to his or her blog or website, or clog up internet BBSs (forums (or even fora if you want to be an ass about it).

Audible Diarrhea

A term used to describe something that is extremely unpleasant to the ears. Can be used to describe a really terrible song, a bad speech, an annoying voice etc. Sounds like it came out of someone's asshole

"I hate this song. The person singing it sounds like audible diarrhea."
