A tune or song you can't quit humming, whistling or get out of your head. A neologism starting with the word, "conundrum", adding hum in the middle, and incidentally containing the word, "humdrum", which describes the monotony of the tune's incessant repetition.
When I left the musical, I had the title song stuck in my head, repeatedly humming it until the conhumdrum drove me batty.
