To get drunk beyond belief...shitfaced as some would call it, which then results in your eyes functioning independently...or as some would refer to it as "chameleon eyes". Maintaining a conversation with this individual would be difficult because one would not know if this person is talking to them or to the person beside them, leading to great confusion.
