Hypocritically blaming the other political party for a governmental action that you originally proposed at greater expense.
Senator Chuck Schumer's blaming of Trump for federal spending during the COVID pandemic is a clear case of amnesiatic retro-blaming. Schumer was asking for a lot more money for COVID than Trump eventually approved. It's extremely bogus for Schumer to point fingers at Trump now.

An era where everyone blames each other over the past rather than moving forward with life. This time period can span for years and years without resolution.

Actually if your consider religion to be this telephone game of charlatanism and WHAT ATHEISTS ACTUALLY DO TO CHRISTIANS. Which is "You see ACTUALLY wouldn't Jesus want you to do and believe what I'M saying? ACTUALLY it should be me. Jesus ACTUALLY would agree wit me."
Hym "So Atheism IS to blame. If you actually believed that I was going to burn your soul forever you might do what you're doing or you might not still be doing what you're doing but your sure as hell wouldn't pretend to be me. If it said don't kill and you kill. If it said don't steal and you steal. And you leave the people who actually believe no choice but to receed into their own solipsistic existence. That's what Sam Harris wants to do. That's what the religion wants to do. Everyone wants to do exactly that."

Any kind of organization, institution, or group. Blaming the audience, readers, or perceived group; for misunderstanding, non compliance, or moral outrage.
Disney executives blame the audience for they're woke movies failures. The audience is sexist and racist, that's why or movies are failing in the box office. Thus is public blaming.
