Gumba Lump

The fatty tissue at the top of the shoulders/base of the neck, usaually seen on your Gumba. This is where the extra pasta is stored. Many times there will be no neck to speak of just a large lump reaching the back of the skull. It wrinkles and jiggles with hand and facial expressions.

Forget trying to forge a river or go hunting for deer, spyder lumps shows no mercy. There is no known vaccine but some say there is a cure to be found in a library off of decatur street in Philidelphia. Ask the man who grew up there, played fewtball there and used to be a carpenter for help.

When the doctor came back into the room, I could tell by the look on his face it wasn't good. My sigh of relief when he said it wasn't AIDS was premature...for it was, the spyder lumps.
