The act of giving and receiving round balls around the holidays, mostly in a super secretive way almost similar to secret santa... But the present is much better ;)

STACO Exchange (noun)
Pronounced: /ˈstækō iks-ˌchānj/
A mock or metaphorical marketplace where political bravado is traded for retreat. Named after the acronym TACO ("Trump Always Chickens Out"), it refers specifically to the cyclical pattern of bold economic threats followed by backpedaling, especially in U.S. trade policy.
A parody of the stock exchange, the STACO Exchange is the arena where speculative bluster gets inflated, then dumped, based on erratic political behavior, most notably Trump-era tariff talk that rarely materialized.

When an individual is answering a question, and provides numerous additional pieces of information that are completely irrelevant to the answer you are asking for. Typically you will need to ask this dumb fool the question again, in a simpler fashion, to get a clear answer.
“Which time will you be arriving?“
“Well, I just have to do some laundry. Then I’ll go to the grocery store...I ran out of toilet paper...” Etc.
A Useless Exchange Of Information has just taken place.
