The bail card is given to someone who constantly bails on plans, usually with friends or family. This person almost always has a weak excuse when asked why they are bailing on the proposed plans

Fanning didn't want to come out for drinks for the third time in a row so we all unanimously gave him the bail card.

An imaginary card that all black people are born with and that mixed people have to earn that is constantly under threat of being revoked if said black person does not act black enough or in proper black ways. Mostly kind of ridiculous and based on stereotypes, unless you don't appreciate Obama then that's just not appreciating black progress and you should get your black card taken away.

Black person 1: I just don't like Obama
Black person 2: You better take that back before someone takes away your black card.

A highly regarded, exclusive American Express Card issued by "invitation only" to current AmEx holders with high incomes and A+ credit. This card entitles its holders to VIP access, upgraded flights, event tickets, and special treatment at department stores and such. A $2500 fee is payed by each of its card holders annually. Also known as a "Centurion" card.
