A colloquialism denoting an individual who takes great delight in collecting rebounds.

Derived from the popular basketball podcast No Dunks (formerly; The Free Agents; The Starters on NBA TV; The Basketball Jones) whereby the skill of rebounding is referred to by the phrase 'Roast Beef'.

Steven Adams and Andre Drummond are the beefers out there, fighting in the paint for some roast beef.
