Another name for the president of the United States (Joe Biden) as he has perfected flip flopping. His flip flopping includes the fact that he has declared himself as a moderate, but turned around and tried to do socialism and the stepping stones to communism, as he has also declared he is not a socialist. Which one is he.

Mr. Flip Floppy seems to be confused about what he really is.
