toene-up

Caring attention/servicing to someone's "downstairs sausages".

I always get da biggest giggle-fits outta pretty girls when I give dem free toene-ups --- naturally they love having me massage their feet and trim their nails and gently file away their corns and calluses, plus of course I myself experience a similar degree of pleasure in dat I get to rub and otherwise handle their cute tootsies, plus they reward me not only wif assorted smiles, grateful words, hand-squeeziz, hugz, and kissiz, but they also then let me place their delicate arches and heels against my fuzzy chest and affectionately hold my hands, then mentally "pump out lots of love" through their soles and palms to sooth my heart.
