State Capital

The accumulated resources, privileges, and symbolic power derived from one's relationship to a state apparatus. State Capital takes multiple forms: citizenship itself (the ultimate form, conferring rights and protections), official positions (bureaucratic appointments, elected office), credentials issued by the state (licenses, certifications, passports), and the intangible authority of being recognized as a legitimate state actor. Those with abundant State Capital move through the world differently—borders open for them, paperwork processes faster, their words carry official weight. Those without it (stateless persons, undocumented immigrants, those with precarious status) experience the state as a barrier rather than a resource. State Capital explains why the same action—crossing a border, starting a business, getting married—is effortless for some and impossible for others, based entirely on their accumulated capital in relation to states.
Example: "They arrived at the border together. His passport (State Capital from a wealthy nation) got him through in minutes. Her documents (precarious status, refugee claim) meant hours of questioning. The difference wasn't personal; it was pure State Capital."

State-Sanctioned Provocation

A covert or overt psychological tactic in which government agencies, law enforcement, or affiliated actors deliberately provoke a targeted individual into reacting—often in anger, fear, or self-defense—with the intent of discrediting, arresting, institutionalizing, or silencing them. This manipulation is executed through harassment, intimidation, and staged confrontations, all under the protection of state authority.

Often used against whistleblowers, activists, or individuals involved in litigation against the government, state-sanctioned provocation relies on surveillance infrastructure, informants, and coordinated setups to generate false narratives of instability or aggression. (noun)
After filing a federal lawsuit against the Oakland Police Department, Juana experienced state-sanctioned provocation when 50–100 bikers swarmed a major intersection near her home, attempting to block her vehicle and bait her into reacting—with police stationed just 50 yards away.

The day before her criminal case was dismissed, a man—believed to be connected to a corrupt officer—stood outside her home and covered her kitchen window to provoke a confrontation. She remained silent, filmed the act, and refused to give them the reaction they were fishing for. Classic state-sanctioned provocation.

On her way to court, a man in an elevator used a gang stalking app to signal her presence, then pretended not to know what it was. Another time, a motorbiker followed her, smashed her side mirror, and fled—while police refused to take the report, despite video evidence. All signs of state-sanctioned provocation designed to derail her legal case.

state baby

State babies are juveniles in/previously in juvenile prison. State babies typically have no parental figures, moms in jail, a crackhead, or dead, father is out of the picture. State babies are probably going to go to state prison once they become an adult. Nobody come to visit them when they are in juvinile prison, nobody’s sending them money nobody’s taking care of them.

State Mandated Anti-Gun Slop

Media clearly made by Hollywood or some other big budget execs pushing democrat talking points, usually against guns. Example being most cop shows, where officers are portrayed as the only ones competent with guns and civilians with guns are portrayed as trigger-happy gun nuts.
“Are those high capacity double barrel magazine extended clips, allowing you to fire a bigger bullet? You know assault weapons are illegal in Commiefornia, right?”

“Actually assault weapon is a very loose term, usually used by anti-gun people applied to any big black rifle to fear monger against guns. This is some State Mandated Anti-Gun Slop (totally low-key name drop)”
