Gaffney, South carolina, is a small city in Cherokee county SC of about 12,000 people sitting between Spartanburg South Carolina to the west and Rock Hill South Carolina to the East and Shelby NC to the North. According to neighborhood scout, it receives a 1 out of 100 one hundred being the safest score 1 being the Most dangerous. The city is filled with crack heads , meth heads and pill heads Corrupt police departments and local government ran by only a few families. Lots of shootings stabbings and violent crime Mixed with little opportunity economically and socially. Gaffney is we're dreams go to die ! The only good thing about the city is the High school football team has 18 state championships . Gaffney is where people from the hoods of Spartanburg , Shelby and Gastonia say Lock your doors when you drive through at night .

Down South

is a cultural and literally geographic subregion in the Southern United States such as Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana and Texas. The term was first used to describe these states most dependent on plantations and chattel slavery during the early period of United States history.
