Porsche Girl is an actual cadaver photo, leaked in the internet in 2006.
It's really graphic, because the dead body's face is completely desfigurated.
The car accident ocurred in halloween, (2006) when 18 year-old Nicole "Nikki" Catsouras (so young! Poor nikki) died in a crash.
The road police took a photo, wich was leaked instantly, because the police did not publish it, was in charge of taking it the one who shared it with his friends.
