This is an insult aimed at people who get a stupid fucking line in their head when they go for a haircut. This insult is usually aimed at fat people who think they’re road but they’re just fat.

Jerk Head

A jerk (male or female) who may appear sweet to begin with but upon time displays his/her true personality. Often jerk head behaviour is seen in males after they may not obtain physical intimacy quickly enough from a female. Fortunately a true jerk head generally only hides their ulterior motives for so long.

"I was dating John and when I didn't put out he turned into a total jerk head and never called again".

Head bin

The "bin" comes from rubish bin, as in a garbage can. So a "head bin" is someone who isn't known for sound thinking. This is an insult from Northern Ireland.

Jerry is a nut job, all he does is create trouble and stir up the pot. He's nothing but a head bin.
