Bill: "WTF?"

it can sometimes mean that someone is really funny, especially a comedian, movie or any other kind of media. Can also be used to just say someone or something is really good as in "stupid good" but it is now used without the extra word. (i.e. "these mcdonalds fries are stupid bro, grab me an xtra large")
