The Bastardization of music which requires some form of talent. Although the scene used to be referencing Punk and Alternative Lifestyles, it has now been overrun by shitty "artists" (Business men/women who know what sells) and kids that follow such "artists".

A person that can not decide whether they are scene or indie.

Usually someone that mixes the two looks in effort to fit into multiple social crowds.
Can also be someone that can't decide fashion trends and mixes and matches multiple scene/indie looks to create their "look".

Mostly seen wearing Band shirts, vans,skinnys, flanny shirts and beanies.

Have you seen Tim lately I think he is having a serious case of fashion OCD he's starting to look scenedie.

a style that is a mix of emo and preppy. typical scene girl hair:short, choppy layers with wisps of hair being the long length. long bangs in face flipped to the side. layers teased up. wears mainly dark clothes, but throws in a splash of bright color, such a purple or pink. wears dark makeup and almost never has their natural color hair. a lot of scene people smoke weed or do some other drugs, but are never drug addicts. scene people tend to be laid back and calm, but drama queens at times. rare scene people can be talkative and happy a lot, but definetly have their emo moments
