Usually used amongst tradesmen in reference to any establishment that simultaneously sucks the money out of your wallet, either by charging high prices for basic tools, or by pawning off cheaply made Chinese garbage at prices so low you can't afford not to buy it, while also fucking the customer in the end, whether it be in the form the previously stated poor quality of the merchandise, or in the form of the establishment doing everything in their power to weasel their way out of honoring their warranty.
